Welcome to Week 2 of Sweet Summer Habits. This week we will focus on staying hydrated which is especially important during the summer months. For ways to make hydration a habit this summer, take note of the following recommendations from It's Time Texas:

  • Make water a part of your daily routine.
  • Begin and end your day with hydration.
  • Hydrate through food (fruits like melons and vegetables such as lettuce and cucumbers)
  • Spice up your water by infusing it with slices of lemon, lime, or orange.
